We will head out into the bee yard and watch live demonstrations of hive inspections\, making splits and more! Bring your bee suit! (But leave your gloves at home. For the health of the bees\, disposable gloves will be provided.) We’ll also have a potluck lunch\, so bring a dish to share! \nThis is a members-only event\, so you will need to be a current member of the Ashtabula County Beekeeper’s Association to attend. \n

Please bring a small dish to share. for our next beekeeping meeting\, which will include our annual election and our AUCTION! The auction is a hugely popular event every year. There will be beekeeping-related items as well as some other possible items. It’s always a lot of fun\, and a good chance to pick up some new or different beekeeping equipment and support a great local organization. *Cash only\, please. \nThis is a free event\, and you do not need to be a member to attend. \nThe location is the East Park\, in Jefferson. See below for the address and map. This is an outdoor location under a roofed pavilion with picnic tables. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
